Me Jade Jolas

Attorney at Law – Luxembourg Bar

Me Jade Jolas founded Phénix Avocats with the conviction that effective legal representation requires not only technical expertise, but also strategic thinking, independence and a clear commitment to fairness.

Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar, Jade Jolas has more than eight years of experience advising companies, shareholders and individuals in sensitive legal matters, particularly in employment law, dispute resolution and complex civil and commercial conflicts.

She also assists clients in resolving disputes through mediation when appropriate. Before founding Phénix Avocats, she gained experience within several leading Luxembourg law firms, where she worked on complex matters for both corporate and private clients.

Her academic background reflects a strong cross-border orientation. Jade Jolas holds a Master 2 in Cross-Border Business Law from the University of Metz, an LL.M. in German Law from the University of Trier, and a double bachelor's degree in French-German law.
